1. Terms & Conditions

General Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to place an order.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

Products & Orders

  • All smokers are custom-built and may vary slightly in appearance.

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order.

  • Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders are not affected.

Payments

  • We accept secure payments via Bank/Wire Transfer, Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, and approved gateways.

  • Orders require either full payment or a deposit (if applicable) before production begins.

All custom smoker orders require a deposit before production begins. This ensures that materials, labor, and design time are secured for your build.

  • Deposit Requirement: A 40% deposit of the total order price is required to confirm and begin your build.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining 60% balance must be paid in full before shipping or delivery of your smoker.

  • Local Deliveries: In certain cases, the final balance may be paid in cash upon delivery.

  • Non-Refundable Policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable once production has started, as they cover materials and labor already committed to your order.

By placing an order, you agree to these payment terms. This policy ensures fairness, protects our craftsmen’s work, and guarantees that each smoker is built with the highest quality and commitment.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer fast, secure nationwide shipping.

  • Processing and build times vary by model. You will receive tracking details once shipped.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or incorrect delivery details provided by customers.

Promotions & Discounts

  • Discounts and promotional offers are valid only for the stated period.

  • They cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arkansas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

2. Warranty, Refund & Returns Policy

Warranty Coverage

  • Each smoker includes a 2-year limited warranty from delivery date.

  • Covers:

    • Defects in materials.

    • Defects in craftsmanship.

    • Structural integrity of smoker body/welds under normal use.

Not Covered:

  • Normal wear (paint, rust, discoloration).

  • Misuse, over-firing, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Shipping damage after delivery is accepted.

  • Commercial overuse beyond intended capacity (unless built for it).

Warranty Claims:

  2. Provide proof of purchase.

  3. Submit photos and description of the issue.

  4. Resolution may include repair, replacement parts, or replacement smoker.

Refund Policy

  • Eligible for Refund:

    • Orders canceled within 48 hours (before production starts).

    • Products that arrive damaged or defective.

  • Not Eligible:

    • Orders canceled after production begins.

    • Damage due to misuse or improper operation.

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after approval.

Returns Policy

  • Due to size and custom build, returns are generally not accepted. We can only assist with advertising for resale.

  • If authorized, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Damage During Shipping

  • Report damages within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • Depending on the case, we may arrange repair, replacement, or partial refund.

Limitation of Liability

  • Applies only to the original purchaser.

  • BBQ Smoker Shop is not liable for incidental damages (e.g., food loss, event cancellations, or property damage).
